Clearplan Easy General Information

1. Before trying to use the Clearplan Easy testing kit for the first time, the patient should thoroughly read the instructions included in the kit.

2. Before using the Clearplan Easy ovulation prediction kit, the patient should first determine the length of her menstrual cycle. If the cycle length varies, use the shortest cycle length in the last six months. This will help to determine when to start testing. There is a chart in the package which tells you when to begin testing depending on the length of the cycle.

3. The patient can test her urine at any time of day, but she should test at the same time each day. Prior to testing, the patient should not have urinated for at least 4 hours. For this reason first morning urine is often used.

4. The Clearplan Easy test only consists of one step which will give results in five minutes.

5. The test kit should be stored at room temperature.

6. Testing should continue until the LH surge is detected. If the patient's cycle is irregular or, if for any other reason, the patient does not detect the LH surge after 5 days of testing, continue testing with another box of Clearplan Easy Ovulation Predictor kit. If the LH surge is still not detected before the menstrual period begins, start testing earlier the next month. If there are still problems, contact the physician or contact the manufacturer through their toll-free phone number.
