1. Collect urine in the urine collection lid.
2. Remove stopper from the vial containing powder. Place the vial in the test tray.
3. Remove the paper cover from the test well on the test tray.
4. Using the filter dropper obtain urine. Do this by first squeezing the dropper bulb; secondly, placing the dropper in the urine; and, then releasing the bulb; and , finally holding the dropper in the urine till it fills.
5. Using the dropper, add urine to the vial with powder. The urine should be added up to the fill line on the vial.
6. Pick up the vial, and swirl gently to mix.
7. Put the vial back into its place on the test tray and let stand for one minute.
8. Pour all of the liquid from the vial into the test well on the test tray.
9. Let the test well drain completely before continuing.
10. Next, twist the top off of the tube containing colorless liquid. One drop at a time, add all of the contents of this tube to the test well on the test tray.
11. Can now read the results. If color in the center of the well is pink to purple, the result is positive and the patient is very likely pregnant. If color in center of well is white, the result is negative and the patient is very likely not pregnant.
