1. After determining on what day to begin testing, collect the first morning urine in the cup provided in the kit on that day. Save the urine until the test has been completed.
2. Remove the gray stopper from one of the vials, and take the paper cover off the first test well.
3. Make sure that the filter is still attached to the dropper. Squeeze the dropper bulb, then place it into the cup which contains your first morning urine. Release pressure on the dropper bulb and fill the dropper all the way.
4. Add the urine from the dropper to the now stopperless vial until it is filled to the black line. Then swirl the vial gently for a few seconds to mix it up.
5. Wait 3 minutes. After the three minutes, pour the entire contents of the vial into the test well which you have uncovered. The vial can now be thrown away. Let the test well drain. This may take several seconds up to 1-2 minutes to fully drain.
6. After the test well has drained, squeeze some of the liquid from the clear tube into the test well. Do this quickly so that you can fill the top of the test well completely without allowing it to drain. Then, let the test well drain. The rest of the liquid in the clear tube should be saved for further tests.
