Here is a batch program called count.bat (1k) that I have created to help count the number of unusual signals that have been identified in a SETIEasy 1.31 output file. Simply load the file into the directories that contain your output files. At the DOS prompt, type:
count outfile.txt
where outfile.txt is the name of your SETIEasy output file. The program will return the number of unsual signals found in the file. If the file does not exist in the selected directory, you will get an error message. The program will not accept wild cards in the file name for most versions of DOS. However, it does accept them with Windows NT.
